DogTags doesn't work #5

    CowTip doesn't replace text lines with DogTags. There is no Lines settings in CowTip options. Other CowTip modules works fine. DogTags works with Pitbull fine too.

    Had to add LibDogTag and LibDogTag-Unit into OptionalDeps and it's working now.
