Briefly describe the problem:
I get the below mentioned error on two difference PC's both Cryolysis3 are beta 13 and were installed through the curse engine.

I have deleted the cache folder contents on both machines more than once to see if it corrected the issue which it did not.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
