    Briefly describe the problem:

    cryolysis 3 does not update your food and water count when you do not have a mana gem skill. Second if you get a new skill .ie new teleport higher food/water skill it does not update until you reload your ui or restart the game.

    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    Also the reagent restocking does not show portal runes until you get one of the main town portal skills at 40 but you get theramore portal at level 35
