Briefly describe the problem:
The grow up menus (buff and portals) always en up being beneath ny other addons. I have OMEN window at the right side of cry sphare. When I open the portal menu I get a wierd behaviour. Although the button borders are visible on top of omen window, the icons of the portals seem to be on a lower layer and shoe beneath omen window making it impossible to select them.

The same happend if I placed Domino's buttonsm, but this time the whole cry buttons shoe beneth the domino bar.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place ne aother addon frame next to cryo sphear
2. Open a buff or portal menu that expands towards that frame

Ive got the same problem when the Bartender bars are under cryolysis sphere buttons
