James D. Callahan III:
    - Updated ToC Interface to 60100.
    - Config code cleanup, phase one.
    - Initial attempt at refactoring the config code so it's actually understandable.
    - Name => conditionName
    - Renamed NS to _Cursor
    - Renamed _Cursor.Options.lua to Config.lua
    - Re-added _Cursor.Options (for the moment) because it's actually used in another file. Fucking globals.
    - Removed unused _Cursor.Options as well as some unnecessary comments.
