rupture timer incorrect #28

    Description

    first, thanks loads for fixing this. it's been doing my head in not having it. secondly, the length of the rupture bar is incorrect by 4 seconds. I'm an assassination rogue with Rupture glyphed so it's not checking for the glyph.

    Steps to Reproduce

    rupture something with the glyph.

    What slot you have your rupture glyph in? Because i am to a assassin rogue with rupture glyph and mine is 21 sec.

    But i will test when i have time again (coming weeks i should have time)
