Big update:
- Added Lich King Dungeon, Heroic, and Cooking dailies
- Added Strand of the Ancients to the Daily Battleground list
- Incremented protocol version - ALL previous versions of Daily Quest Viewer are incompatible with this one.
- Added (untested) communications handler that allows an older version of DQV to tell newer versions about quests it doesn't know about.
- Refactored backend UI code to later allow different "groups" of quests (TBC dailies vs. WoLK dailies) to be selected between.
