    - - Fix tooltip not hiding when opening Glorfindal's memorial or when checking Decursive version on other players.
    - - Changed Magic debuff on hostile unit (A player charmed by a magic affliction) debuff priority from 1 to 5 to solve Shaman issue
    - - Added tests on return values of CancelTimer() and delayed function calls to diagnose ticket #64 - The number of live timers is also displayed in Decursive tooltips when in debug mode
