At loading Decursive will test if talent data are available every 2 seconds since PLAYER_LOGIN seems to be unreliable for certain people... This alpha also includes sanity checks to detect and report if talents data are still unavailable after PLAYER_LOGIN fired.

Proactive fix: Use a non-strict test for WoW version. (current release will have a little problem when WoW 4.1 comes out :/). On the bright side everyone will have to update :)

When using AddonLoader, when Decursive is not loaded, typing /dcr or /decursive will now load Decursive and run the command.
