    - - At loading Decursive will test if talent data are available every 2 seconds since PLAYER_LOGIN seems to be unreliable for certain people... This alpha also includes sanity checks to detect and report if talents data are still unavailable after PLAYER_LOGIN fired.
    - - Proactive fix: Use a non-strict test for WoW version. (current release will have a little problem when WoW 4.1 comes out :/). On the bright side everyone will have to update :)
