    In particular:
    - Encounter dropdown is organized by module, so it won't scroll off
      screen.
    - Selected encounter will change to the currently active encounter if
      there is an encounter active when showing the window.  So if you're
      standing in front of the boss you shouldn't have to select it to see
      what versions people have.
    - Use SetFormattedText where it was easy to change to.
    - Show encounters loaded after the version check window is shown in dropdown.
    - Allow DXE commands to work even if DXE itself isn't loaded yet.
    - Apparently it's mklink on Windows.
    - Make the repo be setup for use in a modular fashion.
    If you're using DXE out of the repo see the README.txt file for
    instructions on installing it.
