    - Encounter dropdown is organized by module, so it won't scroll off

      standing in front of the boss you shouldn't have to select it to see
      what versions people have.
    - Use SetFormattedText where it was easy to change to.
    - Show encounters loaded after the version check window is shown in dropdown.
    - Allow DXE commands to work even if DXE itself isn't loaded yet.
