- Displays your distance, to a player or location, in game yards

- Encounter Pane
- Boss health tracking gives you more awareness of fights
- Engage timer tells you how long you've been fighting
- Shortcut buttons provides easier access to common commands
- Conditions to show the pane only when you want to
- Version Check: View addon and encounter versions of raid members
- Distribution System: Allows you to send encounters to the raid or individual players
- Profile System: Switch settings between your characters
- Modular Design: Encounters are loaded in appropriate zones

Getting Started
When you first login with this AddOn you will see a black transparent rectangle with a blue bar labeled 'Default', called the encounter pane, in the center of your screen. Shift+Click on it to move it. From left to right you will see:
- Stop Icon: Halts the current encounter (you should rarely have to do this)
- Menu Icon: Opens the configuration dialog
- Lock Icon: Toggles frame anchors
- Windows Icon: Opens a drop down menu to show interface windows
Also, if you ever hide the pane and can't get it to show, type /dxe to open the configuration dialog. There is also a minimap icon.
Warlords of Draenor Update
- Encounters: Highmaul, BlackRock Foundry and Hellfire Citadel have been implemented.
- Party Module: Party support has been added.
- World Boss Module: World Bosses support has been added.
- Features: More new Alert Options and Spell descriptions on Options.

Localizations
Please visit the localization page to translate in-game phrases. It is open to anyone with an account. The most important phrases are the chat triggers for bosses, because they start encounters. However, not all encounters are started by chat triggers. The rest of the phrases are for display purposes. The following languages need a maintainer:

Added as promised first Alpha for Siege of Orgrimmar
Some bosses aren't fully done (paragons comes to mind), there will be probably bugs so use the Tickets to report them
DXE is usuable for the encounters, at least the normal ones and some in Heroic
I will try to update as the my time allow it, so... happy testing/gaming and try do not cast some curse on me if something doesn't work :|

My mind has been tuned to the sounds and alarms of DXE haha. It prioritizes the auditory and visual input much better than DBM or BigWigs.

tmil93: Thank you, i will really try to release a alpha for next Tuesday or Wednesday regardless of bosses code state but at least the first ones will be near accurable for normal and heroic because i tested them on guild run (but of course bugs can still be there)
Thalirium: although i didn't make this for money a donation is always nice, the Donation link on this site dont even go to me, goes to the original creator, so thats proves that money wasn't the reason i'm doing this, the reason is basically what you said and that's no other comes close to the customization DXE gives
Having used this exclusively through Wrath doing server first kills and just started playing again, I have to say thank you. This is hands down is the best boss encounter tool and nothing else come close. That you have maintained it is incredible. I have to ask if a donation would assist in keeping this addon up to date as it is something that I believe does not receive the attention it deserved. This is what should be the standard.
Hello Maev, I wanted to begin by thanking you for putting your time and effort into updating such an incredible add-on. Many of my guildies are eagerly awaiting an SoO version so we can stop using bigwigs/dbm.
I understand the reasoning you have behind not wanting to test in guild runs, but as someone who's currently doing full clears of normal SoO as well as progressing on the heroic bosses, I would gladly test it for you if need be (I know the mechanics, so I can tell if timers are missing for certain things or incorrectly timed), if that would help in any way. it will come, i had really bad weeks in real life, close family funeral was last one
anyway...i already reply on curse, didn't make yet spoils and paragon and others didn't even had time to do a LFR or Flex and even less for Guild to test them but will have time this weekend (hopelly)
i hope to progress some this week and release next week what i've got to people that want to test it (not recommend it for guild runs yet)
it will come, i'm not kind of a person to not finish what i promise to do

However I'm getting the fear since it's a few weeks since any comment regarding SoO. Can you put us out of our misery and say if it's going to happen.
I can happily wait patiently if I'm certain it's coming. I'm just not committing to any other boss mod until you say this is dead.
I can't get rid of the adulterous feelings I get when I smile at BigWigs and say " I really like you, but.........".
Maev81, thank you so much for all of your hard (solo) work on this addon throughout Throne of Thunder. Any update or ETA on a Siege of Orgrimmar release? I'm scraping by with other boss mods, but I feel so out of sorts without my dear old DXE as a raiding companion. Thanks again for all you have done and do for the DXE community!

has for DXE, the reality is that i'm not having the time to code much, to raid ou even to flex or merery a LFR, this has been a hell of 3 weeks
i have almost all coded but some not even tested
i haven't done Spoils and Paragons yet, have to do some core updates for it but like everything else without test in game can't see if it works
i hope to this week play some on guild or do 2 wings flex and lfr and for next week release a alpha for test

As for DXE, if you need help testing or getting fight recordings or what not give me a shout, i can give ya least a tanking pov, and we are up to normal blackfuse this week.
I know you're hard at work with the coming patch day and I don't know if it will be worth doing right away, but, Heroic 10man Council of Elders in throne of thunder. Frost King Malak's ability while empowered "Frostbite", specifically the cooldown. It counts down correctly for the the first cast, but doesn't for a possible 2nd cast. It doesn't show up at all. His unempowered ability "Biting Cold" works perfectly fine.
