- Menu Icon: Opens the configuration dialog
- Lock Icon: Toggles frame anchors
- Windows Icon: Opens a drop down menu to show interface windows
Also, if you ever hide the pane and can't get it to show, type /dxe to open the configuration dialog. There is also a minimap icon.

Localizations
Please visit the localization page to translate in-game phrases. It is open to anyone with an account. The most important phrases are the chat triggers for bosses, because they start encounters. However, not all encounters are started by chat triggers. The rest of the phrases are for display purposes. The following languages need a maintainer:
- Korean (koKR)
- Russian (ruRU)
- Simplified Chinese (zhCN)
- Spanish (esES)
- Traditional Chinese (zhTW)
- Brazilian Portuguese (ptBR)
- Latin American Spanish (esMX)

Mercu, hit the lock button on the pane - you need to mess around with the addon some more =X
@Kollektiv: Is there an anchor for the warnings and if so, what is it's name?
Edit: Seems that the warnings are anchored to the "center bar/expire bar anchor". Would it be possible do add a "warnings anchor" like in BW?Thanks for your help! :)
I love you like you will never know! :)
Edit: The bars in the pane window don't seem to be affected by the bar texture option (it's always set to "Blizzard" style).
iceheart3910: I added the features you requested, except for pane customization, in r289. That will have to come another day. The pane also smoothly fades in and out now.
Mercu: The Guardian Swarm warning and Shadow Crash warning should be in and working. I'm not sure a Stormhammer warning is very useful, so it won't be added.
r289 also has more bar customization options (bar style, border color, border texture, etc.) If you have any feature request or bug reports you can post them here. Enjoy!
I would really, really like an option to hide the "pane" whenever you are not actually in combat with a boss, it's really too unsightly to just have around all the time. Other interesting options would be to show it on mouseover only, and an option to set the grow direction of the health bars manually instead of the current automatic behavior.
Controls for styling the pane bars would also be very nice, thank you!
Kollektiv, I was wondering of there are ANY warnings.Actually, I have "only" the two timer bars, which work very well, but warnings like in BW would make this so much easier. Example: Auriaya -> Who gets guardina swarm or Thorim, who has stormhammer or Vezax, who has a crash.
Thanks for reply!
suicidalkatt: There's currently no support to mark enemy targets so the raidicon you added won't do anything. Also, I'm pretty sure guilds have lasted up to 5 shadow beacons (225 seconds).
Halur: I plan on making a ingame encounter builder but it won't be for a very long time. For now I'm working on bug fixes, and functional features.
I tried to make a means of "marking" the new "Marked Immortal Guardians" as well as a "point of no return" timer for yogg +0 at around 145s into phase 3 when conditions are completely out of hand.
I added the marked immortals to the locales, as well as a "No Lights Wipe" timer. I also created a "marked immortals spawned" event with an alert and raidicon for it.
I've yet to test it but any thoughts on it would be interesting.
Kollektiv, I was wondering about an ingame editor for the 'tables'. I know it's a huge feature, most likely out of scope, but it would add a level of flexibility for the boss encounters if you could add timers, bars and alerts in game based on events the client has seen happen, even if it only learns from the last fight.
Yeah its not big at all. Ran it all night tonight in raids went up to around 2.5mb of memory and stayed pretty low on cpu usage. Thanks for the future feature additions!
Mercu: I'm not going to add boss replies, it's out of scope for this addon
Qupe: I'll add a master toggle for sounds and more bar customizations very soon. Also, the high memory usage is caused by the embedded libraries. Since DXE is loaded relatively first, the memory used by Ace3 and other libraries are going to be attributed to DXE. I've ran my addon disembedded (using libraries as standalone addons) and the memory/cpu usage isn't as extreme as you described.
Maybe another features request: if you are in an encounter and someone whispers you, the bossmod replies automatically.
Just wrote this and hit post and lost it all =((((
For now Borsch, you can change the bar/window/mob health borders and fonts in the lua files until the feature (if!) gets added, although I couldn't find what to change for alert bar border coloring... but I second, third and quadrillion this feature request! It would also be nice to be able to adjust the height of the bars in addition to the scaling and width that is present - as well as a font size option for the alert bars and mob health bar. A master toggle for sounds would be nice as well; I don't use game sounds and don't want to use the resources for those sounds. It was tedious to go through every single boss alert to turn off each sound individually.
I was also wondering if anyone had spent some time into looking at memory and cpu usage? Last night in a single Algalon fight (start to death) DXE went from 900kb to around 2.6mb (only mem usage - forgot to look at cpu unfortunately). When I was idling with only the ulduar module loaded to customize each alert usage went from 900kb to over 20mb for some reason and cpu was absolutely massive. In both cases reloading my UI brought both values back down to normal. I realize DXE is in its alpha stages just letting you know what I've witnessed.
oh, is there any ETA on Koralon and Coliseum boss alerts seeing as today is patch day! Major kudos to you folks! I absolutely love this addon, you've done a fine job.
Well about Bars, its just the standart features a Bar should have, so I can make them fit into my UI. Borders, font, and whatever ;)
Borsch: Good idea, I'll try to make a smaller version of an alert bar that stays above the health bars that times enrage. If you have the latest version (r279) you can customize the growth, width, scale, transparency, and texture of bars. Spell icons are coming soon. Do you have any more features in mind?
Halur: The duration of alert bars and game logic are all located in the boss encounter files. You can enable/disable and edit the appearance of alerts in the alerts/encounters section of the options. In encounters there are two different option modes. Simple mode only allows you to enable/disable. Advanced mode opens up customization of colors, sounds, and flashes. Also, if you have a some knowledge of Lua tables you could easily add your own alerts that trigger off events with a little cut and paste.
Hi there I realy like some Ideas behind this Addon.
One Idea just came into my mind: Why not putting the enrage timer (since almost every boss has one) as a 2px bar above the boss health bar in the information pane.
The most wanted feature is sure the ability to customize the timer bars (before this is getting a second DBM).
Keep up the good work!
Hi!
Excellent addon so far (only had a chance to briefly check it).
Is the only way to modify the encounters is editing the files, or is there a way to do it in-game?
I've added options to adjust the scale, alpha, and growth for the top and center anchors in r276. Also, you can disable drop down alerts.
Could you add a "grow upwards" function for the bars?
No, there's no option for it. I'll add that feature in the future.
