DHUD2:
- Cast bars for player and target are now working
- Added player dropdown menu when right clikcing the players health bar
- Fixed the playes bars keeping empty when release form death takes you to alive and not to ghost
- Fixed a bug causing weapon buffs to show after expiering and causing this functionality to stop working
- Fixed the scaling of fonts (except for player buffs)
- Fixed the self portrait bug
