    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    Right now DiminiBar shows up when I'm idle in Dalaran and someone's dueling in the sewers. Some sort of option to only show DB e.g. in raid/party/bg, selected instances/zones or based on in combat / off combat status would be nice.
