Adirelle:
    - Removed 4.1 compat code.
    - TOC bump.
    - Dynamically update category icons, based on actually known spells.
    - Added 4.2 CLEU compatibility code.
    - Updated icons.
    - Check DR data consistency in debug mode.
    - Have the test DRs properly end and also trigger the reset sound.
    - Do not play reset sound for DR resets on friends.
    - Fixed ticket #19.
    - Added copyright notices all over the place.
    - Tidied up global usage.
    - Added .gitattributes to remove trailing whitespaces on commit.
