What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Actually none I can describe simply pops out of nowhere, maybe on sync.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It does nothing else than sending the error, no visible problem but terribly anoying for people who don't use an error graber addon.

I cant provide any other useful information since the addon just sends the problem out of nowhere, and I supose it might be the syncing.

Please download the attached file above (DoIKnowYou-1.04b.zip) and let me know if it fixes anything. If it doesn't, the only thing I can suggest is to delete your saved variables. It seems like there's something which hasn't been stored in the database properly.

Downloading and testing 1.04b.

Note: besides me I have made some guildies to install Diky also to rate pugs and they have had the same issue.
