    What version of the product are you using?
    I don't use this product. I have been using an addon called TellMeWhen to track diminishing returns, and it's DR library is based on DRData.

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Agreed. And looks like DR-Random Roots dosn't count improved Ice Barrier...
