Is there still an option to have the addon maintain per-character log files? I'm not talking about the 'Share logs with alts' option in the addon's interface, I'm already aware of that.

I remember that in older versions the elephant.lua file for each character would be contained in their own SavedVariables folder specific to them, under the folder sharing their name, but for some reason that's no longer the case. This file's still there, but it just has "ElephantDBPerChar = nil" in it and nothing else. Now it seems that there's one global SavedVariables folder located within the account ID folder where all logs are stored in one elephant.lua file, divided into sections, and each character's share of that file is only viewable on that respective character.

Earlier I had an error occur and it took out all of my logs across all of my characters, which I don't think would've happened if every character's logs weren't shoved into the same file.
