Shadowed:
- Hiding the mouseover options since they don't work yet
- Fixed silly bug causing gems to not be scanned
- User frame will decode comments before showing them to prevent escape codes from showing
- Added mouseover module so I can transfer it to another computer
- Added configuration for mouseover tooltips, these might not stay in and they do not work yet
- Added a speedy version of gear summary that returns a percentage
- Tweaked restrictions, healers can use gems with stat/mp5 on them and get away with it, other classes still cannot
