Shadowed:
    - Fixed scan.lua:98 error when processing queue after all data is found
    - Fixed bug when using /rate
    - Fixed error when showing main experience
    - Fixed typo in party summary
    - Redid /eg layout, still needs more work. Layout is more compact now and only draws what is needed so should optimize it a bit as well
    - Average rating and secondary talent specs are now shown
    - Overall equipment/enchants/gem details are shown (like in inspect)
    - Cleaned up the note editing/adding layout
    - No longer setting the entire row to white when an user is selected in the database browser
    - Default tab is not experience for /eg and is now properly saved
    - Moved to creating equipment tooltips in the general summary function for sanity
    - API update restructuring
    - Fixed bug with inspecting causing talents and gem data to never return
    - Moved to EG_ prefix for events
