Shadowed:
    - Fixed group_notes.lua:160 error
    - Fixed error when using /eg reset
    - Fixed bug when using summary with 2 or less people

    - Redid /eg layout, still needs more work. Layout is more compact now and only draws what is needed so should optimize it a bit as well
    - Average rating and secondary talent specs are now shown

    - No longer setting the entire row to white when an user is selected in the database browser
    - Default tab is not experience for /eg and is now properly saved
    - Moved to creating equipment tooltips in the general summary function for sanity

    - Moved to EG_ prefix for events
