    - Added Revitalizing Skyflare Diamond suitational flagging, Disc Priests are allowed to use it always, Resto Shamans can use it if they have one or more Solace trinkets equipped
    - Added Shard of the Flame to suitational flagging, requires Shard of the Scale to be considered good

    - Added support for items that are good or bad based on other equipped items
