Yesterday I turned on the setting that makes EG pop up the summary window when starting a dungeon via the LFG interface. Today I did an LFG dungeon, and the summary window did not pop up. There were no errors, and I could pop open the window manually, it just didn't show up automatically like I expected.

If it makes a difference, one of the players in the group did not automatically zone in when the dungeon started, as they were dead (and in the enemy faction's capital city) when the dungeon started. And by the time they got in (and got in range) I was already in combat.
