What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reset Position
2. Whenever I drag the bars after initial log in

Please provide any additional information below.

After resetting the position on EBB when I went to move it back I received the above error.  They move but once I log out and back in they are centered on my screen again.  Same thing every time.  That error pops up and it is reset when I log in again.
