    What is the issue?

    Very nice to finally (finally) see this :).

    Like GuildFu, this uses 0 CPU time (on its own) when idle, unlike any other mod of this type I've tested besides StatBlock_Folks. And unlike that mod & unlike any I've tested besides Ara_Broker_Guild_Friends (which uses a hefty amount of CPU time) & Broker_SocialState (less CPU, but still more than 0), this allows you to click a name to whisper them. Also like the previous GuildFu.

    One small issue in r2, though. The TOC is missing pointers to its embedded libraries.

    Finally, as you've released this, would be great to see ElkFriends come to life one of these days :).
