EnchantingSell:
- implemented the default database for enUS clients.  use /es ImportDefaultDB
- implemented the exporting of your enchants and reagents.  typical used for assisting with localization. use /es CreateDefaultDB
- moved fubar/minimap config to seperate lua
- /es show   will launch ES now
- added coloring to enchant lines, which is used to determine which enchants can be performed.
