Attempt to fix Issue #2 - nil value when player is on waitlist while on an alt.

This was due to the Guild Roster update passing a variable that didn't exist which is suppose to contain the Alt's name.

Fixed the spamming of "removing" a player from waitlist, when they weren't on it.

Waitlist persists indefinitely until the user leaves the raid - saves from DC's, reloadui, logging, reboot, etc.
Added checking for raid in progress to allow waitlist actions.
Removed whispering when player is manually added to waitlist.
Added custom offline timeout period.
Only updates Raid Roster when in a raid.
Wipes waitlist when not in a raid.
Raid roster update bug fix.
