What is the enhancement in mind ?

1) missing UH DK pet ghoul's "Shambling Rush" kick (id 91802)
States "Charge an enemy, interrupting spellcasting and immobilizing them for 4 sec."
so even if a boss is usually immune to immobilizations, the "interrupt part could work (needs testing)

2) for all pet interrupts (warlocks, hunters and possibly the above DK ghoul)
Would it be possible to check casting for unit "pettarget" instead or in complement to target/focus ?
I often send my felhunter somewhere for kicks while dps'ing something else, example :
on Cho'gall HM, i send pet on 1 adherent, while i target the other with boss in focus for multidoting
