LibBabble-Zone-3.0 integration in r57/r58 is bugged #12

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Enter Ironforge.
    2. Mouse over the Failboat LDB display (doesn't matter if you have recorded fails or none at all).

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Expected: no issues. Instead: error is thrown up.

    What version of the product are you using?
    r58. Latest disembedded libs: LibFail-1.0 r54, LibBabble-Zone-3.0 v3.0-release19.

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    LibBabble-3.0-2 (LibBabble-Zone-3.0):51: LibBabble-Zone-3.0: Translation \"City of Ironforge\" not found.\nFailBoat-r58 \\FailBoat.lua:288: in function `OnEnter'\nStatBlockCore-2.6\\StatBlockCore.lua:613: in function <Interface\\AddOns\\StatBlockCore\\StatBlockCore.lua:602>

    Please provide any additional information below.
    The error occurs once per session when you are in Ironforge. Mouse over the LDB display again, it does not repeat.

    But its consistently reproducible whenever you head to Ironforge and mouse over the LDB display. There are no errors thrown up with it anywhere in Outlands (Dalaran or elsewhere).

    The above bug has not been fixed in r61. It still happens identically with the identical line numbers.
