Fixed: Changed "Cancel" button text in Custom filter to "Revert" to better describe its purpose

Updated: The Achievement names are now color coded to quickly distinguish between complete and incomplete

Added: Sealed Crate (item level 85) to Crates and Clams filter

Added: Melted Cleaver to Equippable filter

Added: Seafood Magnifique Feast to Misc filters

Added: The Limnologist and The Oceanographer to Achievement filters

Optimized: Generalized one function for all the buttons in the Misc filter page. No need to create a function for each button

Optimized: Generalized one function to highlight the checkboxes when you mouse over their text, instead of one function for each checkbox

Optimized: [Internal] Removed "Special Quest Filter" processing, and incorporated the behavior into the normal "Misc Filter" processing

Optimized: Separated the filter tables into their own file. It is loaded after the localizations, but before the GUI is made. Now most of the GUI automatically reflects changes I make to this one file
