Fixed issue where titles were not formatting correctly with word limit enabled.
Fixed issue where hostile, neutral, or PvP NPCs would be colored blue due to the player being named the same.
Enhanced the communication channel throttling to prevent unnecessary spamming of DP requests.
Corrected DV -1 to properly blank descriptions.
