Fixed minimap icon not hiding properly at login.
Forked LibDBIcon to custom embedded LibFRSPIcon to work specifically with FlagRSP2.  This will prevent conflicts with add ons that use LibDBIcon.
Beginnings of migrating away from a minimap icon.
