Fixed the options error bug, again, for the bajillionth time.

Updated the layout on the character information page with more room to write descriptions.

Removed custom textured backgrounds to improve on memory usage slightly.

Fixed an issue of spamming the description to the communication channel endlessly.

Added code to reset the options window sizes if the window was accidently left open during a reloadui or closing WoW.
