Changes from 1.5.1 to 1.5.2:

Fixed the behavior of the extra tooltip that is enabled with the default GameTooltip. It should now properly hide when mousing from a RSP user to an object. It will also properly reposition it self when going from a larger GameTooltip to a smaller one.
