    What is the issue?

    I had written about a week ago nine paragraphs of extremely detailed and thought out back story and description for my character and so one day I log in to find it all gone. Nobody had been on my computer since and the last time I was logged in it had been perfectly fine and functional. What the hell happened and how can I retrieve my old profile? No I did not ever EVER hit anything purge oriented.
