Ticket #2: Toggling merchant/bank/overstock will now print what the new setting is. It's "wrong" for a GUI config, but we don't have one, so meh.

Delay :RegisterEvent() calls until the next OnUpdate in an attempt to work around the suspected bug involving LoD addons registering for the event that loads them.
