    - List sections can now be collapsed.
    - Separated data-generation and display. Tooltip sections will no longer show if their respective lists are empty.
    - Added some DB defaults and enabled LibDBIcon.
    - Re-added LibDataBroker-1.1 to the ToC, so it isn't stripped out in no-lib builds. Because Tekkub.
    - Added AceAddon, AceDB, AceEvent, and LibDBIcon.
    - Logic fix - the display of online friends was dependent on having online BattleNet friends... Minor miscellaneous cleanups.
    - Added icons for the level and game columns.
    - Removed the faction color from the realm name, and replaced it with a faction icon before the character name; now accounts for Neutral characters.
