    - Most icons, with the exception of the Game and Faction icons, now scale to the size of the text
    - Whitespace fixes.
    - Scale the Game and Level column icons to the size of the text.
    - Changed the group checkmark icon texture.
    - Fix for sorting on presence name when one isn't assigned.
    - Added indication of which column is being sorted on, and whether sorting is ascending or descending.
    - Added the ability to sort rows by column.
    - More reorganization.
    - Merged BattleNetWoWList and FriendsList into WoWFriendsList. More renames.
    - Renamed some things for clarity and reorganized and labeled code sections.
    - Added sort field names and enumerations.
    - Display appropriate icons for Guild members using the Mobile app.
    - Account for Guild members using the Mobile app.
    - Wipe all player lists before updating any of them - fixes bug where the display wasn't correctly updated when the last online friend was removed.
