- Display all toons being played by a BattleNet friend, instead of just the first. Also ensure Zone Name is at least "Unknown" instead of blank.
- Reversed the color gradient for guild ranks: Guild Leader would be red in stead of green, for example.
- Set BattleNet notes that are empty strings to nil, so the column won't render when nobody in the list has a note.
- Display empty BattleNet Info lines as "Unknown"
- Shifted the RealID name column over and set it to span two columns to fix the layout after the addition of the class column for WoW friends/guildies.
- Removed Guild Level display - this is going away in two months with WoD.
- Added a sortable class column.
- Use LOCALIZED_CLASS_NAMES_FEMALE and LOCALIZED_CLASS_NAMES_MALE instead of building them out locally.
