- Add a second fix from Borlox to attempt to fix tooltip peekaboo weirdness.

- Fix missing icons (Automaton) and text (PetInfoFu) in many FuBar addons by having IsTextColored(), IsIconShown(), IsTextShown() always return true instead of false.

Commit fix suggested by Borlox to attempt to fix the missing tooltip issue some people are experiencing. Seems to have some quirks though because some people are reporting that the wrong tooltip now shows when the missing tooltip issue was occurring for them before.

v1.0.3:
Translate middle clicks on the LDB display to double clicks in the addon because no LDB displays seem to implement OnDoubleClick. This will allow things like middle-clicking in NRT to take attendance in place of double clicking (an unfortunate hack, since there's no way to communicate this feature to the user).
