FuBar_DurabilityFu:
 * Show repair costs for friendly/honored/revered/exalted in 2.3.
 * Remove the faction checking stuff, just show everything
 * Don't print "nothing to repair" if auto-repair is on and your gear is at 100% when visiting a repair vendor.
 * Tweak defaults to autorepair and not show the popup.
