Remove FuBar Dependency in TOC #2

    Would it be possible to update the TOC so that FuBar is listed as an optional dependency rather than a required one?

    I love this mod, but use it with FuBar2Broker and have to modify the TOC manually every time there is an update, but it works just fine without FuBar installed.
