FuBar_HonorFu:
- fix today's honor display (uses GetPVPSessionStats() now)
- fix tooltip display (no more diminishing returns on honor for kills since Patch 2.4.0)
- fix sumhonor toggle
- option table:
 - added order to option table
 - added confirm dialog to 'Reset battlegrounds scores'-option
 - added 'disabled' to smallText (depends on printHonor)
- enUS & deDE update
