Fylwind:
    - Fixed a couple bugs caused by the refactoring so it actually works again.
    - Refactored the code to separate the "message-handling" and "channel-mirroring" parts.
    This is done as in the future the "message-handling" part will belong to a separate library.
    - First beta version with basic features present and functional.
    - Hashtag configuration is functional.
    - Debugging tools are still included in case something breaks.  They
      will be stripped in a future version.
