State in Shadowlands
GatherMate2_Data and the background tools have been updated for Shadowlands, and early data for both Herbs and Mining locations is already available in the latest update. We'll keep updating the database as more information is uploaded to Wowhead!
please help me. idk why Gather Mate 2 doesn't show me the anything but the herbalism nods.
Tried to reinstall the addons, importing new database. Nothing halps.
Help me out!
thnx again :)
Serpentz, if you haven't figured it out yet, this is an addon, and goes in the Addons folder.
I have tried everything to import the data and have been unsuccessful. Gathermate2 works in game just fine. But when I bring up Import, there's nothing to import. I've tried putting the DB files in WTF>Account>Account Name>Realm>CHAR>Saved Variables and I still cannot see the DB's in game. I've tried putting them in JUST WTF>Account>Account Name>Saved Variables and this doesn't work either. So could someone PLEASE tell me where I can find the proper instructions and where these files have to go? 2 days now trying to figure this out. Gathermate2 is working fine at logging the stuff I find, but hell....why would I want to waste my time with this?
I think the Sturdy Treasure Chest treasure node is deprecated and will no longer be used in any region and can safely be removed.
Thanks for updating the database regularly!
Cheers!
Battered and Tattered, as well as all kinds of rogue footlockers are no longer of concern since they dont exist anymore or in case of footlockers, simply are irrelevant.
As for your next comment, gold, silver, khorium, titanium, truesilver, and pyrite node information is not irrelevant either. I have several times found one of those rare ore nodes in a spawn point that Gathermate/GatherMate_Data did not yet possess any information for, so there is a perfectly valid reason to have the location information of those nodes recorded and distributed. It tells me there is a node of some type there, just in case a regular type node has never been seen at that location. It's rare, but it does happen. Again if you do not want those types of nodes displayed, then uncheck them from the list of nodes in the Filters menu and you won't see them anymore.
And perhaps next time before suggesting that current in-game nodes are pointless or irrelevant, you will consider that the information is not irrelevant to everyone.
Have a nice day!
Thanks.
