    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    I have been using GCD for my Resto druid, and I like to use the Spell Text to announce the name of the Spell besides the GCD target. This works perfectly for spells with a cast timer, but not for instants. Is it possible to display the Spell Text for instants?
