What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. add a spell to the cooldown list, riptide for example
    2. casting riptide does not pop up it's cd  timer around the addon in an instant manner, or even close in many case (very inconsistent)
    3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
previous expansion versions, casting a spell which i've set the addon to monitor will instantly show their respective cooldowns when cast, currently the only cooldown being watched that has a good "refrsh" rate if you will, is the default cd, ancestral swiftness. When i cast a riptide/chain heal/ Unleash elements(all spelling/caps was correct and correct format was used, also refreshed ui), the cooldowns shows up with 1-2 seconds remaining instead of as soon as the ability is put on cd, making it much less useful for the many short cds i watch as a resto shaman

What version of the product are you using?
    R: 11.0.1-release for 5.0.5 Sep 28, 2012

Do you have an error log of what happened?
    none

Please provide any additional information below.
im assuming the gcd is messing with the ability to monitor cds, I can test anythin you guys need to help get this working, thanks for the help

Appreciate the work on this addon, has always been top 3 of mine for healing, keep up the great work guys!
