slaren:
    - cooldowns: fixed errors when testing in a raid group
    - fixed type in the spec detection code
    - castbar: fixed some problems, unified the frame so that there is only one attach point for it
    - fixed error when moving the frames
    - party and arena are now configured independently from each other, unfortunately as a consequence of this some settings will be reset to their defaults
    - check opponent specs on ARENA_OPPONENT_UPDATE, should help detecting specs when ARENA_PREP_OPPONENT_SPECIALIZATIONS is not fired (happens if not everybody joins the arena)
    - clicking on the anchor with shift/alt/control now centers the anchors around different targets
    - changed some specs of the test frames
    - core: added "up and down" grow direction for centering the frames vertically, fixed a few problems with the layout code such as the background not working with some grow directions
    - cooldowns: more changes to ensure pixel adjusted borders
    - drtracker: moved grow direction option to the widget section
    - cooldown: adjust border size to the frame scale rather than the uiscale
